CAMELOT FINANCE

Common Questions About camelotfinance

Everything you need to know about the firm, our markets, and how we hold your assets.

camelotfinance is a multi-asset wealth management firm. We build and run portfolios across equities, fixed income and real assets, with a measured allocation to digital holdings where it suits the mandate. The firm was founded in Berlin in 1989 and now serves more than 27,000 investors in over 100 countries.

The account is designed to hold the whole allocation in one place, so you are not reading four statements to understand one portfolio. You can see positions, valuations and performance in real time, review the research behind each holding, and adjust your allocation as your circumstances change.

Everything sits in segregated custody, kept apart from the firm's own balance sheet. Our work is supported by AI-assisted research that reads earnings, order flow and macro trend through the session — and weighed by people before it reaches a position.

You choose a mandate — the plan that sets your minimum, your target rate and your term — and an allocation across the asset classes we cover. From there the desk does the work: research, execution across the major exchanges, and rebalancing as weightings drift away from the plan.

Our models run continuously, reading market data through the session and raising signals as conditions change. Those signals are not acted on automatically. Each one is weighed by the desk against the mandate it would affect, so that a short-term move in one market does not quietly reshape a long-term portfolio.

You are reported to at the close of every cycle: what was held, what changed, what it earned, and what it cost. Nothing about the process is intended to be opaque — if a position needs explaining, an adviser will explain it.

Every mandate states its fee before you commit, once and in full. Opening an account, holding your assets and viewing your portfolio cost nothing. We do not bill by the hour, and we do not disclose charges after the fact.

If we ever introduce a premium service or change a fee, we will give advance notice to everyone it affects, with the change stated in plain language rather than buried in a schedule.

Some costs are not ours and are passed through at cost: exchange and settlement fees charged by the venues we trade on, custodian charges, and — for the digital portion of a portfolio — the network fees paid to validators who process a transfer. These are shown separately on your statement.

Client assets are held in segregated accounts with our custodians, kept apart from the firm's own balance sheet, so what is yours remains identifiable as yours. Access to the platform is protected by multi-factor authentication, with hardware-key support for clients who want it.

Where a portfolio holds a digital sleeve, the majority of it sits in cold storage — disconnected from the internet and protected by physical security — behind multi-signature approval. Only the small balance needed for day-to-day settlement is held online, and that is monitored continuously.

Assets are covered by insurance against theft, cyberattack, internal fraud and operational error, underwritten by insurers with long experience of protecting financial platforms. Security is layered on purpose: no single control is asked to carry the whole weight.

Four asset classes. Equities, developed and emerging, held directly and through index funds. Fixed income, covering sovereign paper and investment-grade credit, laddered to your horizon. Real assets — gold, broad commodities and listed infrastructure — held largely as an inflation hedge. And digital assets, as a measured allocation only.

On the equity side we trade the major exchanges, at index level and in single names. The board our desk watches each session covers the main indices, rates and commodity benchmarks, and every mandate is reviewed against it.

The list of instruments available to you depends on your mandate and your jurisdiction. You will find the current list inside your account, updated as we add coverage.

camelotfinance is available to investors worldwide, and today serves clients in more than 100 countries. The platform is designed to be reached from virtually anywhere, with portfolio valuations and market levels shown in real time.

Availability is not the same as suitability. Clients are responsible for ensuring their use of the firm complies with the laws and tax rules of their own jurisdiction, and we would encourage anyone in doubt to take local financial or legal advice before opening a mandate.

Our commitment to reaching investors in different regions means we continue to work on multilingual support and on meeting international standards for custody, security and reporting.

Before an instruction is executed, yes — contact support and we will pull it where the market allows. Once it has been executed, it cannot be unwound; it can only be reversed by a second trade, at whatever price the market is offering then.

Transfers of digital holdings are stricter still. Once a transfer has been broadcast to the network and included in a block, it is permanent and cannot be recalled by us or by anyone else. That immutability is a security feature of the underlying networks, not an oversight.

Before confirming any instruction or transfer, check the details — the amount, the destination and the fees. If you are unsure about something already in flight, contact support straight away and we will tell you exactly what stage it has reached.

Most delays are settlement, not error. Bank transfers clear on the banking calendar and can take one to three working days, longer across borders. Trades in listed securities settle on the market's own cycle — commonly one or two days after the trade — before the position is finally yours on the register.

Transfers of digital holdings wait on network confirmation instead, which varies with congestion and with the fee attached to the transfer. Some settle in minutes; at busy times they take considerably longer.

You can follow the status of anything in flight from your dashboard, and every transfer carries a reference you can quote. If something has been pending for longer than the window above, send us that reference and we will trace it.
